Brand New PC, and the Social Discovery Web Browser is opening up blank!

New PCs are having issues displaying the content of Social Discovery's Web Browser across all scanners.

This is an issue that has been coming up quite frequently of late.  The issue is that new PCs are being shipped preloaded with Intel display drivers that are not compatible with many applications, Social Discovery included (here is a link Intel's help page addressing this issue: https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Iris-Xe-and-AWS-Workspaces/m-p/1298880#M98991).  The most common version of Intel's driver related to this issue is 27.20.100.9126.  In order to resolve it, these drivers must be updated to version 30.0.100.9684.  If you encounter an error during the process of updating your drivers, please refer to the steps outlined here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000056629/graphics.html
